The Natural Series
Considering an unmedicated birth? Join me for this three part hybrid series (part in-person and part live online) in order to become more knowledgeable, empowered, and confident to have the birth you desire.
The course focuses on three key pillars of an unmedicated birth: preparing your mind, preparing your body (in pregnancy and in labor), and preparing your partner. We will also discuss navigating the unexpected when you've planned for an unmedicated birth.
Whether this is your first baby or you simply need a refresher on childbirth, you and your partner will walk away feeling more equipped for coping and laboring well.

Postpartum Prep
The weeks after birth—often called the fourth trimester—are a sacred and transformative season for both mother and baby. Yet many families spend months preparing for birth and very little time preparing for what comes after. This class is designed to help parents enter the postpartum period feeling informed, supported, and confident.
Together we will explore the physical and emotional changes that take place in a mother’s body after birth, including healing, hormonal shifts, and what recovery can realistically look like in the early weeks. We’ll discuss practical ways to support the body through rest, nourishment, and gentle recovery practices, as well as options for postpartum care and support.

Newborn Care
Bringing home a new baby can feel both joyful and overwhelming—especially for first-time parents. This class is designed to help families feel calm, capable, and prepared for those early days with their newborn.
Together we will walk through the essentials of newborn care, including understanding your baby’s cues, feeding basics, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and sleep practices. Parents will also learn what newborn behavior is truly normal in the early weeks—like frequent feeding, irregular sleep patterns, and the ways babies communicate their needs.
This class provides practical guidance while creating space for questions, hands-on learning, and reassurance. By the end, parents will have a clearer understanding of how to care for their baby and the confidence to respond to their newborn with trust and intuition.

All class offerings are available as private, in-home sessions for families who prefer a more personalized learning experience. These private classes allow parents to learn in the comfort of their own home while receiving individualized guidance tailored to their specific birth plans, questions, and concerns. With plenty of space for conversation and hands-on practice, families can move at their own pace and focus on the topics that matter most to them. Private instruction creates a relaxed and supportive environment where parents can feel fully prepared for birth, postpartum, and life with their newborn.
